Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect through imbuiltformore.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
1. Who we are
This website and the Built for More mentorship are operated by Initia Nova LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, Initia Nova LLC is the data controller for information collected through this site.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an application through this site we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your written answers describing your business, the gap you want to close, why you are applying now, and your response to the commitment question. We also record whether you ticked the contact consent box and whether you opted in to marketing emails.
Information you send us directly. If you email us, we hold that correspondence and any information in it.
Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for payment card details on this site. We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include sensitive health, financial account or government identification details in your application answers.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use analytics or social media tracking pixels. Your browser may store standard technical data needed to display the page. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. How we use your information
- To read and assess your application
- To contact you about that application and to arrange a fit call
- To deliver the mentorship if you become a client
- To send you marketing emails, but only if you separately opted in
- To keep records, meet our legal obligations, and protect our legal rights
- To keep the website secure and working properly
5. Our legal bases (EU/UK visitors)
- Consent — for marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Steps prior to a contract — to process and respond to your application.
- Contract — to deliver the mentorship once you engage us.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the site, keep business records and defend legal claims, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to retain information.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as they need it:
- Our website host and form processing provider, who receive your application
- Our email provider, which stores correspondence with you
- Our email marketing provider, if you opted in to marketing
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
7. International transfers
We operate from the United States, so if you contact us from outside the US your information will be transferred to and processed there. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, with the providers involved.
8. How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for up to 7 years afterwards for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@imbuiltformore.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. EU and UK residents also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the accounts that hold it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site and our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to you where the law requires it.
