These terms govern your use of imbuiltformore.com. By using the site or submitting an application you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website and the Built for More mentorship are operated by Initia Nova LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this site or apply to the program.
3. The application is not a contract
Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, reserve a place, or oblige either of us to proceed. We review every application and may decline any application for any lawful reason. A client relationship begins only when we both agree in writing on scope, fees and dates, under a separate services agreement which will govern the engagement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.
4. Fees and payment
Fees for the mentorship, including any diagnostic session fee and any payment plan, are those stated at the time you engage us and confirmed in your services agreement. Prices shown on this site may change at any time before an agreement is signed. Any amount credited against the program, and any refund or cancellation terms, will be set out in that agreement.
5. Nature of the services — please read
Built for More is business and personal mentorship. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, or treatment for any mental or physical health condition. It is not legal, accounting, tax, investment or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. We are not acting as your attorney, accountant, therapist, physician or fiduciary.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
6. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, revenue, or result. Testimonials and examples on this site reflect the individual experiences of specific people and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same. Any figures describing our own businesses are historical and are not a projection of what you will earn. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances, decisions and market conditions. You remain solely responsible for your own business and personal decisions.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information in your application, to use the site lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, graphics, layout and design — and all materials, frameworks, exercises and workbooks provided as part of the mentorship, including the REAL™ Method, are owned by Initia Nova LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
If you become a client, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business and personal purposes. You may not copy, resell, distribute, publish or teach them to others without our prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
What you share with us in sessions stays confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm. We may use anonymised, non-identifying observations about our work to improve the program. We will not use your name, likeness or testimonial publicly without your written permission.
10. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Initia Nova LLC and its members, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or the services, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or the services will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if you have paid us nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Initia Nova LLC and its members, officers and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Informal resolution first
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@imbuiltformore.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter with you directly.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date shown at the top, is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any services agreement between us, are the entire agreement regarding your use of this site.
